The following is our shipping policy and options for retail items purchased online here at the Allen Nile store.

(Please note that wholesale purchases are subject to our wholesale shipping policy instead)

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. This ensures customers receive their order fresh. (within 2-3 days)

USA Customers: Flat rate of $7 for orders up to $74.99 Orders of $75 and over receive free shipping.

• We only ship to USA addresses at this time
• We will not use any 3rd Party Shipping Agents.
  

Returns Policy

The following is our return policy for retail items purchased online here at the Allen Nile store.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if not 100% satisfied. (less shipping costs) We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after we receive your returned items, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us first for full instructions and a return authorization number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested within 30 days of receipt or we will not be able to process them:

If a package is received with damaged products, please make a list of the products that were damaged and contact us right away so that we can process your claim.

If what you received is not what you ordered, contact us and we will make arrangements to replace the received item with the correct item. In all cases, please keep all packaging and contact us right away.
